Leyton House CG901B re-release?
Just saw S27 is re-releasing their p/e set for this kit. Wondering if they know something that we don't...

I just got an email today from hobbysearch saying it's re-released. Can only go off the info I get.Aerodynamic wrote:This photoetch set for the March 901B was already rereleased one year ago! (Edited by moderator)

Meh, that car has never done anything for me, the other detail kits are much more exciting but to each his own.drledford93 wrote:Right, but the LH is the one to be excited about...steveoccc wrote:Not only this kit but the Wofl WR1, McLaren M23, P34 Monaco 77 and others.

It's just different. Not the same red or red and white car...if ya get my drift. Kinda why I'm excited about the possibility of a Toleman...

I never liked that car either. Probably the Tamiya kit I like the least.

Re: Leyton House CG901B re-release?
A question for the guys that don't like it. Is it because the car wasn't that successful or is it the design? I'm curious, because a lot of people say, "Bring on any F1 car in kit form!", etc but if they produce a less successful car like a Lotus 101 and the people say, "Well, nah...", the companies might be a bit confused.
Again, I'm just curious. Trying to pick your brains...(Yes, there are cars that I don't and have never liked as well...)
