Leyton House CG901B re-release?

Post by drledford93 »

Just saw S27 is re-releasing their p/e set for this kit. Wondering if they know something that we don't...

Fatfrog, where are you? ;)

I just got an email today from hobbysearch saying it's re-released. Can only go off the info I get.

Meh, that car has never done anything for me, the other detail kits are much more exciting but to each his own. :)

It's just different. Not the same red or red and white car...if ya get my drift. Kinda why I'm excited about the possibility of a Toleman...

I never liked that car either. Probably the Tamiya kit I like the least.

A question for the guys that don't like it. Is it because the car wasn't that successful or is it the design? I'm curious, because a lot of people say, "Bring on any F1 car in kit form!", etc but if they produce a less successful car like a Lotus 101 and the people say, "Well, nah...", the companies might be a bit confused.

Again, I'm just curious. Trying to pick your brains...(Yes, there are cars that I don't and have never liked as well...)
