Tamiya at Long Beach Gp
Hello
Anybody noticed that Tamiya was sponsoring the Long Beach GP this week end. You could see at least 2 or 3 advertisement on the sidewall off the track. Is it the begginnng of a new interest in racing for tamiya?

Yeah I saw that too! They had two on the wall entering the hairpin and one on the fence, outside center.

All they need to do is produce one Dallara Honda and they have virtually every Indy car from 2003-2010. Who knows... with Motegi, and Honda, the incentive might be there.

Re: Tamiya at Long Beach Gp
It could just be advertising, a sign in front of a gathered audience, promoting the Tamiya brand and representing whatever that means to the observer? It doesn't have to mean anything relative to racing kits. But if it did it might be more related to RC than anything else?

I'd even like to see them re-issue the indy cars they did back in 1993. Wasn't building back then because I was in school, but did follow Indy before I got into F1.

With IZOD's marketing push, and new cars coming for the future, maybe they will yada..yada yada. Who knows?
I'd be happy with the Acura or the Team Gunnar car of course
