Yes, thanks for sharing, Chris. Monaco is on my bucket list. Must've been great to be there. Hope you had an umbrella for the Sunday rain.

Cheers, Chris

I envy you this trip Chris. I would love to go to this race and it appears that you were able to view the race fairly easily- good for you!

On another note- It's too bad that Lewis couldn't take his BFF Justin Bieber on the Driver's Parade with him. He sure made an ass of himself post race with his buddy! IMO they looked like idiots...........

And going by train gives you such a beautiful view at the coast.
I went to the Monaco GP 15 years ago. Stayed in Nizza too. Went by train on Friday and by speed boat on Sat and Sun. Was watching at the swimming pool exit too. Saw Montoya crash in the first lap.
Mark Webber won the F3000 race back then, Schumacher the main event after Coulthard stalled at the start of the formation lap.
Nice weather the whole time (burned my neck and arms on Saturday so I had to go on Sunday with a long shirt and a wet towel covering the neck).
Thanks for bringing back those nice memories.

Thanks for posting. My friends and I are planning a trip there for the vintage race in 2 years. May have to stay around for the main event as well. Looks like a good place to sit.

Thought the exact same thing. Very awkward that he let beebs drink from the champagne bottle first. Very weird.
some kind of "man crush".

Pretty shocking that Hamilton's thirst to hang out with celebrities extends down the ladder to Justin Bieber. Even more shocking that the Biebs was allowed in the in the podium area after the race  . Oh well, so is the world these days.........

Cheers,
Chris
