Re: MFH for April 2024
Slightly disappointed! Rather unsuccessful car and coming on the heels of the 99t as well.
Was convinced this was going to be the BT49 and so I am rather sad.
Still good luck MFH - hope it sells well!

The BT49 would have been a better kit for sale. I am sure MFH will do it at some time.

Seems very strange, but obviously they know better than us. I'd like to see a WIP of the kit compared to some of the issues we have heard reported on the Beemax kit to see what needs to be fixed on each.

Another boring choice....that makes me even more thankful for such a brave choice like the Abarth. But that's only my opinion. I just love the weirder cars. They really should bring some F1's from the 70s the Ensigns, March, Hesketh, Williams, Surtess...so many great cars and so much to see, technical wise.

The March 881 would have sold quickly!daniel wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2024 10:12 am Another boring choice....that makes me even more thankful for such a brave choice like the Abarth. Re: MFH for April 2024
I agree it’s an odd choice given the car didn’t perform particularly well. Perhaps MFH thinks it will sell well in specific markets, possibly Brazil and Japan.
Like all MFH kits, even the ones I don’t have interest in, I hope it sells well. I want them to keep producing kits because eventually they will make something that interests me (Jordan or Benetton) or the other builders on this board and that’s a good thing. While I have never thought, “I wish someone would make a Lotus 100T in 1/12 scale,” I am sure there are some folks out there who are delighted about this choice and I’m happy for those builders.
I think this has been discussed on this site before, but does anybody know what quantity of kits MFH produces for their first production run of a given model? I remember hearing it’s a very limited number.

Re: MFH for April 2024
I will have to think hard on this one
Already have the 99T, but that is for Senna
I like Piquet, but my 11B is Mansells car, so not necessarily starting a collection for Nelson as well
They need to do some early Schumacher cars
