Yes, the front of the car is all new, the nose is wider and raised, and there's an S-duct in it. Also the rear mirrors are inside the fenders, just like the last WEC Porsches. There's other minor modifications. What a surprise that Tamiya will do this version, which will probably be the last LM prototype cars.allnie wrote:https://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/kv8av ... fdiqy.html

Received yesterday my Aoshima Brabham BT52B. It's quite an emotional happening, since I was dreaming to build this car in plastic since I came back to modeling almost 30 years ago. I've managed to avoid all metal and resin versions (well, I had one resin transkit, but never built it). Well, now it's here, so let's build it.

Wow! Super happy for this, I loved the build for the TS050 but prefer the newer body style much more.allnie wrote:https://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/kv8av ... fdiqy.html

I don't think that Tamiya will change their molds. I think they will release Le Mans 2019 winning car which is very close of 2018.

Based on the model number I figure its the 2019-2020 car. It wouldn't take this long to release the Spa/Le Mans decal set.
