Re: Something a bit different from me...sports cars
Here's some better rear tires for the Tamiya and Revell 1/24 scale Porsche 934 RSRs - those kit tires are too dang skinny (and too tall on the Revell). Also, my 1/20 Porsche 935 fan on Shapeways fits the 1/24 Revel 934 engine perfectly.

Very cool. Will be looking to purchase a set. Now if Tamiya would just re-release the kit again.

Has been on my 'to do' list since 1979... uhhh was that 40 years?Fast289back wrote:Very cool. Will be looking to purchase a set. Now if Tamiya would just re-release the kit again.
To be strictly accurate you will have to modify the kit to single headlamp configuration and add a 'step' beside the doors. If you go completely bananas it is a double turbo car - the kit is single turbo...
Is there a cooler name than 'Skeeter McKitterick'?

Or you wait for Beemax to get to it on their announced to-do-list...

Some more releases - five new decals for the Revell Mustang IMSA GTO kits
1986 Motorcraft Mustang driven by Scott Pruett - a re-do of the kit decals with some corrections/improvements (such as doing the hood decals as separate pieces for easier application)
1986 7-Eleven Mustang driven by Bruce Jenner (and Scott Pruett in the two races this car won). Again, a redo with improvements/corrections
1986 Folgers Mustang driven by Bill Elliott, Ricky Rudd, Kyle Petty and Ken Schrader in the 1986 Sun Bank 24 hours of Daytona. Redo with improvements
1985 Motorcraft Mustang, with two options: #65 driven by John Jones and Wally Dallenbach Jr, and the #06 Miami winner driven by Willy T Ribbs

Here's some 2019 Toyota number panels, including a new sponsor that appeared on the rear wing plate last week.
