NNL East 2018 - April 21st
Hi everyone,
I am heading south with the gang of the Classic Plastic Model Club to the NNL East in New Jersey this coming April 21st and I would like to know if someone from F1M Forum is also going to attend the show.
We will arrive at host hotel on Friday and will stay around till Sunday.
If someone from here would like to meet me let me know and we can arrange to.
A few years back I met one of our Australian member, David, at the show and it was very nice to talk with someone that has the same passion for Formula 1 and modeling.
Here is the link for the NNL East home page:

Regards,
Starr

Re: NNL East 2018 - April 21st
Meeting up with Guil (aka Starr in these parts) was a highlight of my time at the 2016 NNL...which was an amazing show.
The quality of the modelling was (is) exceptional and the event is incredibly well organised.
I had planned to return this year but life got in the way...maybe 2019?
If you are anywhere near the top right corner of the US I can recommend a visit.

Hi Starr; I'm going. I live in Allentown, PA so it's only 90 min from here. I will most likely be there by noon and stay till 2 or so. I'd like to meet up and say hello. Let's figure a way to do that.

How is everything in Australia? I hope you are doing great.
So, you are going to miss the '67 Camaro Trans-Am, not coming to visit us this time.
All the Best for you and yours.

I think about it every time but never go. I guess I could see if the plane and pilot are available.Starr wrote:Last call!

Re: NNL East 2018 - April 21st
Hi guys!
One more NNL East came and is gone, but as it is every year, a great show to visit. Lots of excellent built scale models and many friend to meet and chat with while there.
And this year it was not different, I had the opportunity to meet a member of this great forum, Michael, and it was a pleasure to meet him and take a look on the model he took to the show, a 1/24 scale Peugeot 206 rally car. Very well done, Michael.
There was not many Formula 1 models in exhibition this year but they were all great models.
Cheers,
Starr
Here are some pictures from the show, enjoy:
Chevy SSR by Del Peone
Michael's Peugeot
Another of Del's first class models
My '67 Camaro Z/28 Trans-Am
My Ferrari 126CK
My Valvoline March Indycar
