hi everyone,
here are the usual pics, this year the pitlane walk ended in the dark, which was a new experience. Enjoy the race!
lining up at dawn
MERCEDES
wet weather tyres
intermediate tyres
fortunately Bottas was ok after his Q3 accident
FERRARI
crew warm-up
RED BULL
FORCE INDIA
WILLIAMS
Sirotkins race was short...Not sure if it was already so last year, but this year I noticed that the Williams has a satin finish, not gloss anymore.
RENAULT
-----
MCLAREN
HAAS
Grosjean's car delivered back to the pits after the race
...and Magnussen's car
SAUBER
other stuff
Tribute to the late Ron Walker, who brought F1 to Melbourne
looking for Penelope Pitstop
Nose-to-tail Aussie V8 racing
Traditionally it was a fight between Ford and Holden (GM), but now other manufacturers such as Nissan have joined
Former Australian GP winner Fisi is back in Melbourne, racing the Ferrari 488 GT3
thank you and goodnight
The weekend continues - pics from Sunday
Catching a tram-ride to the track with Lewis
A friendly wave from Kimi during the drivers parade
Thumbs up from Dan Ricciardo
In the top left corner is Fernando Alonso's garage
Sneaking a peek inside:
Sirotkin and Gasly at the back of the grid
Lewis arrives to take up pole position
Headline act - Lewis and Seb
Podium ceremony
Party time!
Take that!
Spoils of victory
After the podium celebrations, taking one last look at the cars in the scrutineering area. Some further detail pics have been added to the individual team sections above.
Time to go home

Thank you, fantastic as always. The Ferrari pics from last year are very useful for the Tamiya car.

Love the pics but not the cars. The cars have more strange appendages than a sex shop.

Hi Jeff
Thanks for the tsunami of great pictures. An annual treat!
There should be more Haas pictures though! A conversion of the Tamiya SF70H to the 2018 Haas should not be too difficult. And Haas looks like top of the rest for the moment. Great!
Best regards
Flemming
