Hi
Great result on quite a challenging kit!
Let me show you how I solved the cowling issue:
I've replace the two metal pins from the kit by two similar lengths of piano wire glued with epoxy.
Added two small magnets to the side panels and everything seems to hold quite OK.
The ferrous content of the piano wire makes it compatible with the magnets.
There is no doubt that the overall fit of the cowling is not easy, seems to be too much hardware conflicting with body.
