2004 Dale Jr Budweiser
Revell kit oob with the addition of tire decals from Mike's Decals. Went together fairly well I guess. I had it in progress for many months as it was just something I toiled with here and there and the body became my test bed for paint and clear coat. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the revell decals were.
Painted with Tamiya Italian Red (TS-8 I think) out of the spraycan. Cleared with Alaclad aqua gloss clear then a final Future coat over the decals.
I guess it turned out good for a nascar.
At home...

Looks great Too bad model companies stopped producing NASCAR kits. I like the current cars.

Re: 2004 Dale Jr Budweiser
Thanks guys.
Apparently nascar is a bit too full of themselves to allow reasonable models anymore. Oh well. These Revell kits seem pretty good I may have to get some more. Even if I despise the sport a racecar is a racecar!
