Yes, those are Dunlops. That's also the best pic I've seen of the car with the Pure Firebird Gasoline marking.

Will the set be sold for delivey to Europe?

Btw in the book Team Lotus, The Indianapolis Years there are pictures of Gurney in the #91 with Dunlop on the rims, but on the other hand it is not the race car.
