Re: Austin GP
Hi Folks,
I will have to agree with Russell and I am going to stay away from the madness that will be Austin traffic, F1 weekend. I plan on only going out to the track for practice and then watch the rest on TV. I was able to get a grandstand, row 6, ticket on Ticket City for $34 with free shipping, so with free parking and shuttle ride I feel I don't have a lot to loose. Would love to get together with everyone so if a place is agreed on, I'm there! Tim Keily

It be interesting to see if the Ticket Prices on the Ticket City website drop.

Just played some F1 2012 and I can definitely see this happening. When you climb that hill and start to brake the turn in is entirely blind. It's deceptively sharp and the track is ridiculous wide so you can get 5 cars going in to the same spot at the same time. I predict 3-4 cars taken out at turn 1.

Re: Austin GP
Where is the sportsmanship among you guys? Piss poor attitude
If that is the only way alonso can beat Vettel he deserves not to win another championship. I hope the race goes fair and square and at the end of the year the best deserving driver AND team are crowned Champions.
In my mind both Vettel and Alonso have a little to be desired when faced with an uncompetitive car, but in a competitive car both of them are terrific. Kimi on the other hand has been a standout all year, but unfortunatly will not be rewarded with the crown.
