Re: The king is dead; Long live the king.
Watching the lap is like a motor sports religious experience. And it's a crime that the track isn't featured in every series that claims to be world-worthy.

Re: OK, anyone to follow the FOOTBALL World Cup?
A few disappointing games this week as teams sandbagged to make the final 16 but still lots of drama and fun. Really enjoying it even though I still haven't picked a team to cheer for.

Re: #2!! MFH news for July 2018
I think the question of social media vs F1M comes down to whether or not we are willing to subsidize Eric. I'm sure there are services he can employ to make posting and sharing photos as simple as possible but they will undoubtedly cost money.

I haven't picked a team yet (being an American I have no vested interest) but I always cheer against Neymar and Ronaldo because of their egos. For now, I'll hope that Iceland progresses simply because of their underdog status.

Re: 24h Le Mans 2018 on the run
I'm happy that Alonso's team got the win. He deserves it for the class he's shown through McLaren's trials. I hope that someone makes a LMP1 or LMP2 kit in any scale! Both specs look great to me so hopefully something will come out of this year's race.

Looks nice! I have no idea how you were able to work with something that small but you did a great job with it.

Re: What kind of search engine do you use
DuckDuckGo because it doesn't track you and I find it to be effective. I know that it's impossible to be anonymous in the digital age but I prefer not to make it easy for the trackers. DDG is my default search engine and I use FireFox or Brave for browsing.

Re: Puzzle - New MFH 1/12 kit for May
Value, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. I also build military kits and I am contemplating the purchase of a plastic MFH-equivalent airplane kit at about half the price of the MP4/8. Why is it half the price? There's no licensing fee and it will sell many times more copies than a MFH. I'd ...

Re: Puzzle - New MFH 1/12 kit for May
I fully concede that Senna left much to be desired for his on-track behavior and character but he was and will probably always be my favorite F1 driver. His complete dedication and focus on a goal is enviable and inspiring. I have greater respect for Prost as an overall better ambassador and driver ...

Re: F1 in Miami?
I love Masers as much as the next enthusiast but when I visit South Florida the two cars that I see in volume there but nowhere else are Maseratis and Teslas. Top level Mercedes, BMW's, and even Ferraris/Lambos are pretty easy to spot in my coastal city but T's and M's are still rare (although T's a...
