Post by JamesB »

Come on boys, I know there are quite a few Portuguese out there, and yes a few Alonso's fellow countrymen too...  :D
So we have an appointment this afternoon, guys, how it will be?
I'll say Spain 3 - Portugal -1 8)
I see start the thread a bit late, not sure how many Saudii we have here, but surely I know there are a good bunch of Russians, so congratulations for your yestarday victory! :D

I leave for you the comments on Spain's recent coach switch... er, not that I am short of an opinion, either!

Coem on germans, italians, english, dutch, brazilians, french, irish, dans, etc of which I know a few of each, let's have a nice Cup thread :D

ups....you accidently switched numbers there, probably Spain 1 - Portugal -3. :)
But I guess no matter how they play Spain and Portugal will win their group. I'm really excited to see germany play on sunday. I try to watch as much as possible. I have the livestream running in the office all the time.
I'm no big football fan but I love Woldcups ans Euros.

I hope we will play against Brazil again. But I guess the Brazilian team has to visit a psychiatrist before the game :)

No let the games begin...olé olé

I don't watch sport. Not even motor racing. To boring. I haven't seen a complete football match since the semi final and final in the 2010 world championship. I happened to be in Spain at the time and thought that it would be interesting to watch them at the local bar to see the reactions.

Same here, BUT I also watch Le Mans... no interest in Football at all.

Although being Brazilian, I would rather follow the RUGBY WORLD CUP or the Volvo Ocean Race.

Hahah! Thanks also to those not willing to watch it, for answering
But don't be mistaken, guys, there'll be some footballers here. 8)
Orso, you must have had a good serving of reactions, then! :D
Moskie  oops sorry I forgot! nevertheless, ducth like good football usuall, right?

Daniel, nope, I think I wrote it right  but then you're right: it's 1-3, as officially Spain plays as visitor! Germany will also be interesting to watch. And quite a fearsome rival.

Anyway, I face this World Cup with Vettel's sentence still fresh: "Boring, F1? wait for the World Cup"
OK, now let's watch some ball playing...

Sorry James but I think it will be a Portuguese win this afternoon.

Seriously, Portugal x Spain sounds the World Cup match, pity it is too early on.

Cheers all football fans around,
