№7: Tamiya Jordan 191 A. de Cesaris 1/20
My latest project. OOB.
Had some difficulties with some decals. Decided to paint the blue and white instead using the decals.
I think the result is acceptable, but as always I hoped for something better.
Now I have 2 cars of 1991.

Very nice Build . Did you clear over Decals, what does that Number seven stand for?

Nice looking build. I reckon you'd have to try really hard to make the 191 look bad. Such a beauty.

Hi Fakeru
I like it too. It's very clean and paint the blue areas was the best thing you did, it's great!
Even the 7 (of the 7up logo) that you had to cut looks good!
I really do like do like it!
By the way, which colour did you use for green?
All the best mate!

Nice build! A handsome car, any way you look at it!
Yeah, I agree - I think it's easier to paint large areas (i.e. the blue) rather than trying to decal them, wrinkle free. Less headache.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I knew the pictures are too good You can't see all the defects.
The biggest one actually you can see. I have got some wrinkles on the light green decal. I have applied some micro sol solution on the decal. I thought the wrinkles will disappear, but they didn't and after that I didn't use the micro sol at all for this model. Only micro set before putting the decals.
This is my 7th build.

Yes, for the first time I have sprayed the clear gloss over the decals.vekkuli wrote:Very nice Build . Did you clear over Decals, what does that Number seven stand for?

Tamiya doesn't have a spraying paint for this model, so I bought a cheap one. But it was ok.fade_to_black wrote:Hi Fakeru
