ST 27 Williams FW26

Post by R.Wells »

I finally got my hands on the FW26. I know its ugly, but it is unique. I got the legality plank done this morning, as well as the body primed. I will try and get the undertray CF'd today.

No, not ugly. The nose is just personal. Pity it didn't work as planned. But maybe next year, who knows...

I agree a very cool subject and not 'ugly' just different, something that will stand out on the shelf when complete.Look forward to seeing this progress.

nice to see someone doing this car!

I also think that it was not an ugly car, just different, and I always liked the people who is trying to do new things to advance even they are not following the standards.....

I'll follow this post with interest!

despite what popular opinion says, this car was beautiful. I saw it at Melbourne and it was the best looking car there... Always been keen to build this one =) Keep up the good work

well the cars from the 70's are not really beautiful but interesting, guess that's why they are such a great subject for modeling.
looking forward to your build.

I got the majority of the undertray CF'd. I still need to do the top, and the lower rear section. I ordered the Performance Blue paint from Hiroboy, so I should see that in a couple of weeks. I will try and get the Suspension pieces shot black today, and maybe CF'd.

I got the suspension arms painted tonight, and I have been tinkering with the settings on my camera. This picture looks much better.
