WIP Jordan 191
Hi all, started my next build a tamiya jordan191 trying cf decal on the monocoque and cockpit.I am going to build it after a schumacher car with studio27 decals and will be adding wiring and plumbing.I haven't been able to locate a PE set yet does anybody know where one is.Here are a couple of pictures of what i've done so far.

RE: WIP Jordan 191
Gary, you're fast!!
Looking like you've made a really nice start on the car.
On the detail set, it's funny you should ask (your timing is almost perfect) !! The etch set will likely include a seat harness, both otherwise there'll probably be minimal overlap with what you've done already.

Nice start!
I believe Michael has touched on about the only etch/detail set there is for this car. At least that I'm aware of.

I should add there's an AcuStion set, but I'd expect the S27 effort to be a superior product....

Gary,
great start, the paint around the cockpit looks nice - what sprays did you use?

RE: WIP Jordan 191
Seamus i'm trying it with as little paint as possible everything so far are decals, there is only one spot on the monocoque in front of the driver where the seam line will show and it is very short.I can't ever seem to get a paint job that doesn't have dust particules stuck in it so until i can find a better place to paint or atleast control the dust better i'm trying the decals,if it comes out as good as the mclaren I just finished using decals i'll be happy.Everyone thanks for the replies.

Nice work on the engine wiring. Can you give us a quick rundown on what you did and how you did it?

WIP Jordan 191 engine/trans about finished
I about have the engine/trans complete, added plug wires, trans cooling lines, some electric lines with tops studio elec connectors, simulated the air cleaner with cardboard strips.I just recieved studio 27 full season decals, they look awesome so I can get the rest of the monocoque decaled and clear coated to be able to get the suspension and the fuel cell piping completed.Time to get back to building so here are a few pics.
