Hobby Export Experience

Post by Bil »

Has anyone been in contact with Hobby Export / Scale Race Cars lately. I submitted an order with them on 23 Jan and have not heard back from them or recieved and products. I believe the owner is David Durst. I have ordered from them in the past with no problems. Does anyone have any idea as to what may be going on with this online store? Thier website has no "contact" links that I can find.

Thanks,

Bil,I contacted David about some decals via e-mail using hobbyexport@fuse.net This was last September though so the e-mail might have changed since then.

I ordered something from them on Nov. 15 and finally received it in late January. They never answered any e-mails and I had almost given up on that order before it finally arrived. I have no idea what's up with Hobby Export. They used to be agreat palce to order stuff....

Yup I've emailed him for a missing part for a kit I've received a while ago.I took a while before telling him the part, but it's gonna be 2 weeks since I sent him the email and no news.

I've placed an order with him as well for the Corvette C6R upgrade kit. Haven't heard a word. As Slowpoke said, they used to be a good place to go for parts.

I was considering ordering the 'Vette stuff. Now I'm leery to do so.
