She's obviously a noob at F1, and some of what she says about attending a race is inaccurate - General Admission is usually less than $150, you don't need to sit in the grandstand to see the race, to be there and feel the energy! She is correct about the wealth ladder thought.

I think she was referring to the races in the US. Texas I think is $500, but Miami and Las Vegas were way more. The races here are ridiculously priced.

It's an interesting article. I can see why R&T pulled the article. For the most part, I think it's true. I wonder what she would think about attending the Kentucky Derby and trying to mix it up with some of that crowd? Or some event at Pebble Beach.

For me, it's all about watching the show on dvr TV. I can watch at my discretion, use the restroom when I need to and rewind if I missed something special.
