1/12 Tamiya MP 4/6
I wonder how much a ready -made model was built during over 30 years after the debut of this set ...?
Here is another one. The most important thing for me that my own
Work in progress with the Top Studio set.

Still love this build as i have this kit for a second time with Top Studio set, F1 Specialties set and other stuff laying around to be build.
So far a very nice build, but i have some questions in mind, rumours maybe.
How about fittment of cockpit and engine after attaching head shield to the cockpit?
Another question goes out to the missing heat protection shields to the back of the cockpit for electronic connectors (actually not maried) but did you realize that theses are missing in the detail up set?
The "cowling" for the inlets where done in carbon, not kevlar?

Take a stand!

That looks very nice. I've very nearly completed a similar build. But to reiterate what gp-models said, with the TS parts on the rear of the monocoque, the engine/gearbox is pushed back and I had to make quite a few changes to the holes in the upper cowling and the bodywork inside the rear wheels to get it all to fit the undertray.

That looks spectacular. I hope when I get around to building mine it looks as nice. Really nice work.

Amazing work so far! Love the flat rivets covering the giant screws
Re: 1/12 Tamiya MP 4/6
Right, it can also cause trouble in fitment of the undertray as the holes also don`t fit anymore.gavrob wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 9:21 am That looks very nice.
