Nice improvement Christian, are you modeling everything in Meshmixxer?
Yes meshmixer is my tool for merge and cut the files. All the parts are out there available for free or a small amount of money.
Nothing is created from me.
So finally i got something real to show instead of the computer pics.
The first print was made and all the parts are there now.
Some parts needs some attention like the chain. The single parts of it needs more depth.Have to make it a bit thicker at some points.
And the brake discs are too thin in the middle.
Thomas helped me with the exhaust mesh which is way better than before.
The bigger parts had an diet to make them not too heavy. For example the first seat with rear end got an weight of 250g.
The diet one is now 150g. The engine and the frame are also lost some serous weight.
I am really happy with the result of my first motorbike.
Now its time to assemble the parts and see what it look like when its done.
Regards Christian
@James: will start with yours right after i created the new better parts.

Thanks my friend no rush!! HRC style
Seriously big thanks
Just started to use primer on some parts and tested how it will fit together.
Very happy with the results so far. All parts fits very well with some small drilling and sanding.
That's cool.
