Slow connection

Post by Corpsegrinder »

I am having problems since 21st December. When clicking on any link of the website (ie forum or any user's post) it take more than 10 seconds to load. I have no problem with other websites. Has anyone had the same issue as me? I have been using both Firefox and Edge, but no use, still slow. And last night around 1am CET time, I posted a new topic on "Completed Project" but it is not there now. Is it me or there's some known issue for the website?
Thanks!

I have the same issues.
I am using Firefox on my PC and chrome on my mobile phone. It doesn't make any difference. The time to load is very long since a few days.

Same here among Reindeers and Ice-beers. Must be some sort of Web-server attack.

Actually. This is in particular true here, but over recent days I have found that other places (reddit comes to mind) is also gotten quite slow, in particular when there are images involved. However, F1M going real slow only started today. I actually opened another website in the F1M tab (that I had clicked to open earlier) only to then wonder where F1M was gone to. Turns out the "new" tab was the F1M tab loading :S.
And as for the back button - good one :P that's cache for you :D

Funny, while "posting" this, I replied to Pascal's M19 thread, only to come back to see this not having posted. And on click post (2-3 minutes after orignally clicking post) I got "you cannot make another post so soon after your last". "Boi, I can type faster than that, don't you dare tell me what I can and cannot do" :D. Anyway, 3rd try to post it. For reference - opening this thread took 40 seconds...
Cheers,
Roman

Same problem for me too. Been a couple of days now. It shows how things of changed over the years, these refresh times were once "normal"
