I had the similar question about MENG MP4/4. The sidepods looked very square at front which I thought indicated an early season race.gp-models wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 9:11 am New pics look like a pre production model, no more rendering.
I watched my reference pictures and wonder which GP specification the car might be, now i wonder even more cause i can`t find any picture with that rear wing configuration. The car never run a "double" wing setup like shown here.
Also i wonder about the tires, will it be rain tires like in the rendering (which also need a tiny re shaping) or slicks? Rain tires would suggest Monaco GP maybe, but the rear wing does not fit Monaco setup.

Thank`s Thorsten, now it`s starting to make sence, have not seen these announcement till now, i watched the sunday race pictures. Hopefully they re-work the rain tires too cause the rendering leaves wishes open.
Take a stand!

Design is looking really nice.
Re: Beemax 1/12 MP4/4
The front ones looking good, the tiny mistake is in the middle of the rear tires, S-shaped on the original ones and square blocks on the rendering.scaleautofactory wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 3:45 pm One of the early 3d pics shows rain tyre - i'm ot sure if they look right...
Hope they stumble over that detail before going into production.

Re: Beemax 1/12 MP4/4
Want to ask given a choice what kit would be better the Beemax or the MENG? OR what other MP4/4 option would be best?
I haven't built a MENG or Beemax kit before.

The MFH kit is spectacular. It would not be a good as a first MFH kit but it is a very enjoyable build and is very buildable.
