New Scratch did some 3D printed kits in 1/43rd. I assume they are just scaled down versions of the 1/20th ones the released.
Some Ferrari, Mercedes and RedBull. I have never seen any of these in the flesh so can't comment on the quality.

I feel like the amount of wings and aero on current cars would be a nightmare in 1/43rd.

I'm wondering if 3D printing is not the future for 43rd scale F1 kits......

Those are kinda pricey but if someone in the US were doing them?

1-Yes, most probably. Difficulty in casting small parts leads to 3DP
2- A bit but in line with HQ classical kits I´d say. But honestly production cost is lower and I´d say they could sell them cheaper still with gains...

My two cents.

1 - I would think a big benefit to 1/43 3DP kits (and to some extent, bigger scales) would be the ability to manufacture on demand as opposed to having to do a production run in order to hopefully recoup costs. Might lead to longer lead times since there's not going to be an inventory and you might not be at the front of the queue, but given that sometimes you have to luck into getting a specific Tameo kit depending on what the store has for inventory, it might be a wash.
2 - Given the cost for some of the newer Tameo kits and compared to MFH 1/43 kits, the prices seem fairly reasonable.

The Tameo WCT kits for instance are the same price they were years ago, and most of the MFH kits are full detail
