I use brass sheets instead of alu, because its easy to solder. The 4 profiles were cut by a jewelers saw and soldered together, so its easier to get identical perforations.
After desoldering the parts, I bent a rectangular brass tube and soldered them to the supports.

First test fit at the gearbox
Both supports are connected with a central plate
Finally painted Alclad white aluminium

Completion of the exhausts.
Turned the end pipes from alu bar, and cut the pipe support from alu sheet. Support in place Painted exhausts in place.

Rear brake ventilations are modified from the Tamiya T kit. I painted them grey in opposite to the front ventilations. Think they were made from metal, to resist the high temperatures in the near to the disks.
The anti roll bar is scratch build. Next two pics show the original.

Oil tank ( photo on page 9 in this WiP) is scratch build from styrene sheets.
First made a paper model to have the right dimensions I used 2mm styrene sheet. Added groves on the surface and holes for the connections and filler pipe photo etched welded lines are glued by CA
