Next step should be the construction of the front radiator. But I was afraid about fitting problems , cause the radiator is very tight to the bonnet, what gave me reason to make the bonnet first.
For this I needed 3 paper models for the necessary improvements, until I was satisfied. The paper model lines were transmitted to 0,5 mm styrene sheet. I carefully folded the styrene without any incisions with the cutter, because this thin styrene will fracture at once at the incision lines. Result was not bad, but material tension allowed no straight lines at the air inlet. For this I reinforced the bonnet with 0,3 mm alu and brass sheet Final result. At the end I'm not really satisfied, because the styrene bonnet seemes not enough solid. So I will construct it from 0,5 mm alu sheet.

The new alu bonnet is finished so far. It was cut by a fretsaw and bent.
