Nice. It's interesting when you read Fittipaldi's team history how close they were to becoming a permanent fixture.
They had Adrian Newey and Harvey P. has designers. If you look closely at the Ferrari 126C2 you can see some of the Fittipaldi F8 genes in it.

Once again, I'll volunteer to be the ignorant one. What do the logos that have what appears to be a bird head with a long beak represent?

Copersucar S/A is the largest Brazilian sugar and ethanol cooperative and one of the largest global exporters of these products. The company was also responsible for 15% of the sugar exported by Brazil, equivalent to 7% of world trade. In 2017, it produced 3.8 million tons of sugar and 4.8 billion liters of ethanol.tubegenius wrote: ↑Sat Oct 15, 2022 1:28 pm Once again, I'll volunteer to be the ignorant one. The big problem is that the non-specialized Brazilian press, ridiculed the Brazilian team for the bad results. It became a joke. The Fittipaldi brothers bet everything on the F6 and F6a, but the car was unfortunately not good. At the end of the year 1979, Copersucar decided to abandon the project, withdrawing its sponsorship.
The bird's head was the sponsor's logo. It is a hummingbird, which likes sugar.

Thanks for the info, Rodnico. I was aware of Copersucar, but not the hummingbird on the logo, nor the negative press. Too bad the team couldn't survive.

Hello Rodnico,
Very nice built, I always like this team, even they didn’t have good result.
I don’t know which yellow did you use but it seems perfect.
Cheers
