UpScale Hobbies is advertising Tamiya Tyrrell releases at the end of the year. Seen it on Facebook.

Any thoughts.

It's actually listed on Tamiya USA website. Find it interesting that it's not been announced out of Tamiya Japan.

These have all been reissued umpteen times. They need to think about the 1/12 MP4/6 (including the clear cowl), 1/12 FW-14B, and the 1/12 F190. Unless there are licensing issues?

Yes, they love it too much. Wish they would make the 1/12th in the Japanese version as well as the early 1977 version. Just be creative.

The P34 is easily my best selling decals. They re-issue it because people love it.

The link above is 5 minutes of a P34 being run at Imola in what looks like an historic race gathering. I just happened to have my son show it to me yesterday. With volume up and a big screen its pretty cool.

I wish they would re-make it with current technology rather than re-issuing the same 1970s model :(
Compared to the Fujimi kit the Tamiya kit rather poor. The body is not made correctly (the sidepods are merged with the chassis) and the wheels/tires are too small. Not to mention, the tires have the raised lettering.
