Supported by HLJ
Hello
I have bought some items in HLJ that was about USD 30 at all.
I was using the Private wharehouse and now it is expired the 60 days, so I must choose a shipment method to dispatch, the issue is they only offer due to COVID 2 choices, DHL or FEDEX and both cases the shipment METHOD is about USD 55.00 versus USD 7.00 from simple method I used to select....
Very disapointing......I simply dont know what to do, give up or move forward...
I hope them dont force me to ship..lets see if they hold my order until this is ok.

Advice, shared (successful) experiences, ideas? even spiritual support! That's our forum is about, and it usually works, my frienddaniel wrote:What are you expecting from us ?

I dont think you have anything to worry about, HLJ wont push you to ship because of Covid, so you can keep your stuff for over 60 days with no problem, I would message them just to be sure

Re: issue with HLJ
I face the same situation from another shop in Japan. Three week ago, EMS was still available as a shipping method to North America. SAL had stop shortly after COVID-19 outbreak. Now, only DHL is available.
Simply ask HLJ to see if they will hold your shipment or let you cancel it. I would think they will work out something for you.

Re: issue with HLJ
Shipping cost goes up....which is normal everywhere, really not see the point....
Pay the extra 55-7=48 usd, or buy more to lower the shipping/goods ratio, lol
PS: I don’t think it is an issue with HLJ technically.

That is it, just sharing experience and prevent others to have the same issue.
And of course the forum is made of it.
From you Daniel?...expecting nothing...
thank you all for your support, ideas and shared experiences.

Re: issue with HLJ
I understand why the thread was made, but I think it would have been more helpful if it was created after the resolution from HLJ occurred. As always we can do better with subject lines as "Issue with HLJ" could be literally anything, and changing to "HLJ only has expensive shipping right now" would have been much more useful to us as a communication.daniel wrote:What are you expecting from us ?!

Hopefully everything works out, please keep us updated Badi.
