Rumors of my abandonment are not true becaquse the internet doesn't lie!!!
I've been away for a while, but I'm back! I get frustrated really easily with the itsy bitsy tiny stuff. Trying to put the little brass washers on the bolts was a right roayal pain. Particularly if your eyesight isn't as sharp as it was 20 years ago. It's a good thing Top Studio gives you 6 bolts for the hydraulic pump. One bailed for the floor when I tried to install it and another one decided to vacate the tweezers for the ether at speed. Well it is a race car. As you can see, I,ve got one more bolt to install, then I can install the hose connections for the shocks and the hoses.

Re: 1/12 Tamiya Williams FW14B
Hi, I was puttering around and working with the Top Studio stuff wheni I realized I was at a point where I could start putting it together. I immediateley stopped and went for a beer. Too much excitement. The tough part was doing the previous five steps before attaching them to the top of the cowl. I've spent so much time looking at the cockpit without the cowl, it didn't seem right putting it on. Next up is doing the TVF1 front brakes. These ones actually have the carbon discs!!! Hopefully they'll look better than the bucksheed Tamiya discs on the back.
I'd like to thank all the people that have peeked at my work and replied. It helps keep the fires burning. Don't put myself out in the ethernet very much, so thanks again.
May the Single Malt and Guinness Gods be kind to you. Also explains why it takes me so long.
