Some Brabham finished last week.
All 1/20th scale, home made pieces and kits Ace/Studio27 as bases.

Here with the two other kits made in the past.

Thanks Jordan and Marlborored, the kits are ok, similar to other resin ones, and I'm enjoying make new parts, copies and so.

Those Brabhams look great! I've had a look at your blog and I'm amazed at how many models you've built. How are you able to build so many and at the same time to such a high quality? Also, I'd love to see some WIP photos if you have them.

I'm lucky if I get one kit finished every 3 months!

I really like the Team Canada version, although I don't know anything about its history. Who was the driver?

Tubegenius, the driver was Eppie Weitzes, he was born in Holland and emigrated to Canada, eventually taking out Canadian citizenship. He raced various vehicles in Canada and the US in the 1960's and 1970's. Arguably, the most recognized car he drove was this Brabham. The car was sponsored somewhat by Labbatt's brewing company and the only acknowledgement of that was the number '50' on the car, related to 'Labatt's 50' ale.
CelicaGT the quality of these models is medium, they are far from a Tamiya one but I'm enjoying the work (have a lot o experience with scratchbuilding but it is my first time making molds and then copying parts, it's funny ).
My motto is to make models better than the ready-sold diecasts and these BTs appear satisfactory for me, but my next project probably will be a Tamiya
Below six more BTs finished this week. I made something like Ford's assembly line , the total will be nineteen models.
