Too tired to get excited right now. Anyone know what this could be? :?:
That big step is something I've seen before. Could I imagine a 908/3 ?

I would venture to guess that it will be the Lotus 49b...only makes sense, eh?
(this is a quick guess, as I don't have any ref. material to back up if that is indeed the 49b's
tranny) - it's just that I've been pondering when the 49b would come - and logic sais to do it...
but who knows - maybe its a little too soon after the 49 was just released. IMHO.
Thanx, indygp2001

So are we thinking that's the gear lever linkage rod or is it suspension linkage of some sort. I can't get my bearings on this picture at all. Is that an air bottle for an onboard starter on the top. Looks seventies/early eighties to me but what car, no idea.

Well, considering it is to be released in... MARCH.... just saying. *)

*) This post is free of actual content. I just couldn't pass up on that pun.

The horizontal tube is most likely the gear linkage. The vertical(ish) to the left should be the rear anti roll bar. The cylinder on the top seems a bit small for a starter bottle but might be. Apart from that i have no idea. Looks more 70s than 80s to me.

MFH found out the hard way how qualified people on this forum are and how fast they can spot a car getting just a small hint. So things are getting more and more difficult to guess.
