This is the JPJ Shadow but the motor was also in a LIgier?

That's an odd steering wheel bolt pattern having 7 bolts, most are 3 or 6 bolt.

Definitely production based IMO, front engined, rear drive, Obviously not F1 now with the steering wheel but as I mentioned before, the starter motor gave that away.

Steering wheel is very similar to Alfa 33 both stradale and racing versions

Seat on the other hand is not stradale but not far from racing versions.

I was thinking in that too... Alfa Tipo 33, probably Tipo33/3

EDIT: I don't know about the exhaust of the Boxer engine used in the Tipo 33TT12, but in the Brabham BT48/Alfa 179 V12 engine, it looks like the exhaust is similar to the MFH image:
