Studio 27 B186 (Full Detail)

Post by R.Wells »

For my next victim... The recent release from Studio 27. This is their full engine detail example.

First primer coat. I'll let this sit for a day, then sand it back.

Yeah, the engine cover on this one is pretty thin.

What color are the wheels going to be? ;) Was your other Benetton a B186? Can't wait to see this one after your work on that one!
And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high.

I love this car! I'm sure you'll do a gob-smacking job of it, Russell.

Cheers, Chris

Thank you Chris.

I built the Wave 24th scale example a couple of years ago.

Got the grey primer sanded back, shot the white primer. I noticed that the vents on the left side were a little skewed, so I had to fix them.

I'll let the white primer sit for a couple of days, and then sand it with a 4000 micro mesh sanding board.
