In the description of the steering wheel I made a mistake. The veneer is not from ashe tree but from sherry tree. Ashe wood is too soft for turning I think.
MFH models are very heavy caused by the many metal parts. So you need a support not to damage the suspension and the tires. Especially for the mounting of the front and rear bonnet you need a strong support.
The supports are turned from alu and fixed with screws at the acryl glass plate. I drilled two holes in the bottom plate of the car and fixed two nuts with CA.
The advantage is, that you are can remove the wheels and the model is stabile and you must not touch it for the further mounting.

The bodywork especially the vents need a lot of preparing and sanding before air brush procedere.
