Re: Lotus team manager figure
Thanks for the feedback! The clipboard (came with the 1:12 mechanics set) is actually a very faithful replica of something invented by TAG Heuer called a "Multi-Sequence-Timing Board". It was kind of the high-tech laptop of the 70's.

Re: Lotus team manager figure
Looks like an actual person!( unlike my 1/20 version)
Maybe it's the picture but the skin might need some more warmer tones? I sort of have the same problem with my army of the walking-dead Lotus bunch. i tried oil paints for chance and will strip those clumps of styrene and retry with black undercoat and trusty emal paints.

Fantastic work!
Even without the logos, you could see it was Colin Chapman...
Love the Clipboard as well!!

1/20 70-85 team set version. Box art gives the impression of Chapman. Reality is...well a bit different .

Re: Lotus team manager figure
That is stunning Howard! One of the best likenesses I've seen on any figure.

Re: Lotus team manager figure
Thanks Michael-
Using Indycals decals on the car meant I had a few spares for the figure!
