Re: 1979 Williams FW-07 Ford
Coming to life now with the decals going on, Michaels stuff is very easy to work with.
Re: 1979 Williams FW-07 Ford
Yes, you would not get this result with Tamiya's original decals.
Great, great: 80's plastic model tech with 2010's (or should I say 10's ? ) buod/paint/decal tech. A winner!!!

Re: 1979 Williams FW-07 Ford
It's time for another update
I decided to add fuel lines
Also finished the engine cover. I like that tissue paper simulating the cloth
And finally I painted the hub with Tamiya gloss aluminum.
See you next time.

Re: 1979 Williams FW-07 Ford
I like the added fuel lines. (Is that monofilament fishing line I see, going to the trumpets?) Cosworth lettering on the heads looks sharp too, up close.
And so does your white / green masking on the rear cowl. Looks good up close. Much better than my masking went on the car, back when I built it.
Cheers,
Chris
