That looks really good. Nice wiring job on the engine.

Very nice!!! looks great. I wish I would have got one of these when they came out. Just because it's a great kit. I guess I can enjoy your build for a cure. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for all the comments!
It's almost done, only things missing are to put on the wheels, mirrors, wings and screen. I also need to adjust one of the exhaust that is in a bit odd angle. The top of the bodywork won’t sit flush with the lower part, not sure where it's failing but there is a small gap. But I think I'll leave it as it will be displayed with the body off anyway.

What a lovely looking model. Lots of detail and the red in that last picture looks gorgeous.
Re: 1/20 MFH Ferrari 312T4
Be sure to let the bodywork off...all the details are to precious to hide..GREAT job ! make it a nice display !

Great build to watch.
Thanks for the inspiration.
Did you use CA glue to join all of the metal together?
As I prepare my build I was trying to determine if CA would be enough to hold everything together long term.

That is gorgeous - not that you need another compliment on the build, but it really is great. I have a guess on the body fouling part; without seeing the kit in person it's sort of hard to tell, but it looks to me like the white area near the cockpit (the inner face) is bottoming out on the metal monocoque and so it's not letting the full bodywork sit down to the edges on the outside. If you shaved off some of that lower edge on the white area, both the flat bottom of it and the angled portion, I wonder if it would let the body sit down and slide back a bit? Also, the area near the rollbar looks like a tight fit, that may also be the culprit.
If it's easy to do without ruining any paint then great. But frankly, I'd have the body off that thing permanently as well in display because there's so much detail. Lovely.

Such a fantastic build, and quite fast for an MFH kit built to sucha nice level. I would have to agree with leaving the bodywork off to see all that lovely detail. Looking forward to seeing you wrap it all up.
Cheers,
Chris

Fabulous detail and a good looking build. I do hope you can find the culprit for the body not fitting tight (if only to help the F1M onlookers like myself who have this kit on their to-build list), but I can understand displaying it body off as a preference, the detail is a visual delight.
