I had what I thought was too small a parcel for a 1/12 kit on the porch this morning but turned out Meng made their box deeper than wider like Tamiya kits.

Gifted a Tamiya 1/48 A-10A this past week... Might build it warts and all.

Re: What is your latest model purchase
picked up this rare beauty today in a hobbyshop, still sealed and at fairly normal retail price! (it has been out of production and hard to get for years) The shopowner told me he was desperate to get stock on his shelves to sell this Xmas, and when he asked the National Distributor for motorcycle kits, they said "can we send you this old Tamiya bike, it's been sitting in the warehouse for years and we want to get rid of it"
Re: What is your latest model purchase
Nice pick up Jeff, Quick Mick bikes are allways worth to buy if possible and especially at a nice price!
Still have the 99 NSR from Mick laying in my stash to do a conversion, but i allways think that it would be a shame to convert it. Option is Rossi`s Testbike, hard to judge which version i will finaly build.
Watch out Top Studio, some nice add on`s around like front fork sets, clutch, chain and more.
