Red Bull Renault RB5 2009 1/20 E-Jan painted and decals on
Hello
It's my fisrt Wip in here. I will try to write in a good english and sorry in advance for the fautes. I will build the RB5 (2 cause one order from my brother) wich will win (i hope ) the championship this year with Sebastian Vettel. The kit is almost classic.
The body
details of Sharq Fin which touch the rear wing
Here we can see the differece between the front and the rear wing, it's really different than last year
Decals, which will give me a lot of work (i remember the one of STR3)

Great start.. i'm watching with interest as I'm building the same kit right now.
How are you going to manage the suspension as i've found they have to bend quite a lot to fit (front & back).
Also, are you going to cut the driveshafts in two as they can't pass through the gearbox?
Keep up the pics!

Hi Guys,
i've done some work on the kit.
I've built the gearbox and the rear wing.
Also i've painted the flat bottom in Tamiya X10 (gun metal) to put the carbon decals on it. The RB5 have a special carbon in there and two kind as you will see in the picture bellow.
For BigDuke6, i will cut the driveshafts in two cause it's too difficult to pass through the gearbox. For me suspension are ok.

Hi guys,
i've painted the body and wings. I choose the TS51 cause the TS53 was too dark.
I've put decals, with many problems with the yellow decals. So i decided to paint it and the result is prety good.
Of course nothing is glued for the moment. I have the second one to do also. After that i will carbonized all parts. and clear everything.
