I'm not sure if those decals were ever announced in the forums. Looks like body is quite similar.
Front and rear wings are different. Otherwise may be not that difficult.

Possible indeed, rearwing not much diffirent, so only front wing.
But also engine airintake and rear body are quit diffirent.
But nothing I would worry about in a conversion like this.

decal set never made it (and never will) to official st27 catalogue and was at first only offered to the public on some japanese hobby show(s). Then items became available for top 10 dealers, and only recently they were offered to all retailers on 1-time-only base (like to take credits for this) without wholesale discount (would not like to take credtis for this), so this explains why more scarce and more expensive as regular stuff.

Next to this set (PS02 minardi as driven by webber yoong davidson), there are also sets released for

Well, they have been sent over last week, so should be in store next week (if no customs/holidays delay etc)...
