It's round about 61cm long and 25cm wide.
Really big!

Long time lurker here but first time posting, I just received the Porsche 917K from Christian and all I can really say is wow! It is a piece of art and I look forward to
trying do justice to the work he put into this piece of engineering printed in resin 3D

IMHO well worth the money that I paid

This Porsche 962 is going to be mind blowing not just in the scale but in the detail that he has been able to create

A Holbert IMSA and an Ickx/Bell, Brun, Jager and Steffan Bellof please. I might need to add on to the house at 1/8!

Very interested Christian just fearful of the price especially with shipping to USA. Any ideas yet on the cost? Is Michael making decals?

Many many thanks for those kind words.
Feedback is always great to hear, especially those.
Thanks!

Well the price.
Made my thoughts about that for a while.
When I order the parts from China i have to pay round about 25% only for the customs and other fee here in Germany. That's a lot.

So now there are now 2 options for shipping.
I order the parts in China and let them deliver to my home. Than i put all the other parts that i have printed into the box and ship it around there world.
This is the full price version.

Other possibility is to let the Chinese manufacturer ship the big parts directly to your address. They use mostly FedEx for shipping.
That will save you 10% of the overall price of the complete model.
I will ship the other parts directly to your home as usual with DHL.
Should be possible for 25€ worldwide.

That's my two shipping options i got.

The price for a complete model is

750€

Don't matter which of the 4 possible versions you want.
I can offer a curbside version with a complete closed body shell.
The same curbside with the IMSA hood and single turbo.

Than you can order the stock 962 with a 3 piece body shell and open doors.
Ther same version is also with the IMSA spec available.

I designed the chassis in awaiting of an engine for all versions the same.
I will work on this engine and hopefully i can finish it. But this is nothing i can guarantee it i can offer it one day.
But i want to let the option possible to put an engine in it.

In case of decals. I am in conversation with Michael from scalegrafixx.

That's all right now
If you got any questions about it just keep this thread alive.
I know it's a lot of money. But this thing is really massive and i was a bit afraid of the cost of the production of these big parts.

Regards Christian

Great Job Christian, looking very impressing! :)
Do you think the short necks from Brun are also possible? I mean the realy short ones with the center staged wing.

That's not a problem.
Can try to fit this rear end to the existing chassis. The covers are seperate shells. Can be removed with a click.
