Update:

I decided to paint the suspension, glued the camera on the nose, painted the clear red and clear blue on the wheels, i used blue though because i don't have clear blue i really don't like it it's too dark.

Can someone please tell me the correct way to get a shine. I clear, polish and wax but no were near as shiny as i want it. Can someone please tell me how to get a good shine.

Hello,

Nothing goin on with this model right now. I need more white primer and hobby shop doesn't have any right now so i have to wait. I kind of lost interest with this build. I really perfer older kits rather then the newer one so i won't be building newer ones anytime soon.

I left the picture big so you can really see what it looks like.

Hello,

Remember this kit?
Well i got back to it. I make a mistake though, i bought this primer i thought was white, but actually
is light grey so the red turned out darker then it should. All thats left with this kit is the engine then its done.

This is what tricked me, the lid is white so i thought it was white primer, O well.

I'm happy with the result i got with the suspension.

And finally.

Zubski,

Thanks for posting! Looking pretty good so far.

The primer mix up easily happens, did the same with club build - but it was a fighter plane, so I wasn't too distraught. Just need to laugh it off and learn from the mistake.

Thank you Dozman,

I have the bargeboards in, the seat and steering wheel are in, and the undertray is painted.

Just trying some stuff out.

I gave the wheels some X-19 and right after put some GunMetal from a tamiya weathering master on it, to try and give it a used looked. What do you think?
