Not even thinking that far ahead, but I wonder where they got their plans for the Chevy intake plenum I just checked every year 2019-2023 and the plenum looks NOTHING like the kit plenum. The kit plenum also sits about 3.5mm too low.

Re: JR Salvinos IndyCar
So, after seeing the 2024 cars this weekend, the kit - as I have it - will NOT do a 2024 car. Lots of changes on Chevy, parts missing on both kits, and an entirely new Aeroscreen configuration (which I 'think' they are addressing). With regards to missing parts, there's a 'basket' on the left side that holds electronics - originally this was only on the Honda, this year it's on the Chevy as well. In either case it's not in the kit.

I'm not even going there right now - we have five years of cars to do first. Those will need all new tooling.

Re: JR Salvinos IndyCar
So, after getting home today from the Indy GP after having seen things up close again, I decided I was not happy with the kit shocks. While they DO resemble 'one' type of shock used on the Indycars, they are not the prevalent design I've been seeing in my reference photos and they lack detail - my wife commented the kit shocks look like rotini noodles. In reality there are MANY different types of shocks used, but I was able to replicate two of them. If you're a rivet counter you will need to get some good reference photos of your subject to get the right shock configuration.
I will have these at the Indy 500 memorabilia show in Plainfield Indiana on Indy 500 race weekend. Price TBD

Re: JR Salvinos IndyCar
I really want to redo that Chevy Plenum but that's going to be a lot more work and not sure how soon I could turn that around.

Re: JR Salvinos IndyCar
Any clarification from them on the designer of the decals or is that still a mystery?

No, but I'm not concerning myself over it.
