If you are curious, I did this on my iMac using the simple Preview app. If you open up the JPG and highlight the section you want to translate, right click, then use the 'Translate..." function, you'll get a fair translation. You do have to be careful not to select across multi column text...

If useing a ANDROID Phone try the DeepL App. Not sure if it works on Apple. Anyway it works great to take a picture and then translate the text
Options to choose what language to use.

On an iOS device it can be done within the Files or Photos app by selecting the text and using the Translate function. The multi column text still causes problems so you'll need to crop/cut unto individual columns.

There is the Translate app on iOS which will also work for any image. Multiple columns issue as well..
