To be honest, it may be difficult. I don't think you'll find an F1 diecast of any recent (within the last 10 years) F1 car with engine detail in any scale. You might find something from the 1960s to 1980s era with an engine, with various levels of visibility, in 18th scale - more likely than in 43rd scale.

The only ones I have with engine detail are a Lotus 72, a McLaren M23, and a Lotus 48... all Ford DFVs.

I ve seen both McLaren MP4/2 and BT52B at 1/18 with openable covers and nice engines. Though I think the question is a bit a long shot and the google hint is not that bad an idea after all. Maybe after such a ride the question may be reformulated with more precision
