I don't airbrush, so I'm vitally interested in all things rattle can. I wouldn't mind if there was a separate topic on this subject on the forum. It has been mentioned in other threads that TS-30 is a good solution for paint bleeding, and works well as a primer. Also, TS-101 (Base White) seems to adhere well, is glossy, and is my permanent replacement for TS-26. I like to avoid primer too, unless there is putty to be covered or the plastic is too dark (Wolf WR-1) It would be an easy task to try out either of these substitutes on spoons. Probably not the answer for your catastrophic problem, but it might be helpful for getting a glossier final result. I've got some spare 1/12 Wolf body panels to try this out on before I build it for real. I'm just a middle class builder, and by no means an expert. Just sharing some thoughts.
