3D Printed Tires For 1/12 Tamiya
Hi Folks,
My Japanese is non-existant but I came across this video on the Tube and it appears to be a great looking option for the crumbling tires of the 1/12 Tamiya kits. Thoughts? Tim Keily

There was a guy from Brazil offering resin replacements for the big three, does anyone have a link to the post?
I have tried and failed to find his posts.

I will tackle them one day, but actually too much other things on the run. See a couple of problems in this video, so for my own models i will create also for the older kits some.
Take a stand!

I think the thread was a sale-post. Maybe it's deleted...

His name is Schumann. I believe his first name is Tom. The best way to contact him is something called whatsapp. I ordered 3 sets of tires and wheels on March 28. On May 12, I inquired as to the status of my order. He was in the hospital recovering from surgery. On May 26, he informed me that he was home, and would finish my order soon. I contacted him just now. and was told he was back in the hospital, and his wife, Flavia, would be handling the shipping of the order. He told me what his illness was, but I don't know if it would be ethical of me to reveal it. I will say that it is somewhat common, and rarely life threatening. I suspect he will resume making his products in the near future. He is Brazilian, and his English is poor. He prefers any contact to be in message form, rather than telephone. His WhatsApp number is+55 11 99465-2922

Nice post Tim, thank you for sharing this clip. The Japanese vendor in this YouTube clip is displaying some very interesting products. It would be great if he could sell these items worldwide, I expect he’d get a lot of business.

Re: 3D Printed Tires For 1/12 Tamiya
My mistake, his name is Kurt. Don't know why I called him Tom. Senior moment, I guess. My order consists of P34 rain tires, Wolf WR1 rain tires, and the proper treaded tires for the Ferrari 312B. I hope to be able to post pictures on the "what is your latest model purchase" thread once they arrive.
