Very nice, I know exactly how challenging this kit is having recently finished it myself. The Shunko decals are super quality tho aren't they.

Just noticed that you opened up the louvre above the front wheels too. Nice detail!

Joao, that's an excellent job! Probably the best 905 I've seen so far. I added it to my review of this kit: https://robdebie.home.xs4all.nl/models/905review.htm

Do you any building adventures to share? Modifications to make things fit, extra details, etc? I would love to hear more about this build.

Hi Rob,
Very nice 905 page you built.
Here we are (what I can remember...):

Curbside kit.
Automotive products (primer, paints, clearcoat and compounds).
Shunko Models decal.
Main parts are all glued together.
Lots of putty and sanding to eliminate gaps, steps, etc.
Scribed panel lines again.
Engine cover air inlets are too small. Changed by a copy of Lotus 99T ones.
Removed injected front louvres. Changed by styrene stripes.
Removed injected wheel hubs. Changed by resin hubs.
Metal parts: exhausts, inlet screens (front and middle), rivets, panel switches and antennas.
Photo etched parts: windscreen wiper, seat belts and fuel caps.

That's it.
All the best,
João Alfredo.
