I have told him every time I have meet him at Hobby Forum Yokohama. The most obvious is the 1973 Lotus 72 based on the 1/12 Tamiya kit. The 1970 version is a very big project in case it has to be correct. Biggest problem is the tyres. And the rear suspension which is very different. I don't think Ebbro have the money for such an ambitious project.SBEST wrote:Does anyone have a connect at Ebbro to float this idea?gp-models wrote:
Well, the last Tamiya re release was not so much back, think it will take some time to get a new release again, but your right, this could be a step in point for Ebbro like on the Matra, i would more likely see a 72C from Ebbro in cooperation with Tamiya like a MFH one, but to me it is not a must have cause i have a 72C Transkit for the Tamiya kit to do Rindt`s car, only need a better solution for the tyres and rear suspension.

I think this could be a professional challenge for the likes of MFH/Tamiya/Ebbro.

I think we see the brake disc - and at the right the brake caliper. And behind the spring. It is hard to say which car that can be.

It does look like a wheel with a center lock nut. The bolts around the rim are funky.Jordan2.0 wrote:Is that a wheel in the centre ?
